Beth Garvey, Chair, President, & CEO of BGSF, Inc.

Beth Garvey joined BGSF (NYSE:BGSF), a multi-divisional talent solutions provider specializing in IT Consulting, Finance & Accounting, and Real Estate services, in 2013. A more than 23-year veteran of the industry, she began her career in 1998 with InStaff where she quickly moved into leadership and ultimately the CEO role prior to the company’s acquisition by BGSF in 2013. Once again, she progressed quickly – as COO of the combined companies, she led efforts to integrate and consolidate numerous acquisitions. In 2018, Beth became CEO and has since continued consolidation efforts including the launch of an entire system upgrade positioning the organization for continued success through strong organic and acquisition growth. In 2022, Beth was elected Chair of the corporation’s Board of Directors.

Staffing Industry Analysts have recognized her as one of North America Staffing 100 for the previous three years and included her in the Global Power 150 – Women in Staffing list for the past four years. Garvey was named as a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year® 2020 Award for the Southwest region. She is a four-time recipient of D CEO’s top Dallas 500 Business Leaders and was a Dallas Business Journal ‘Women in Business’ 2010 honoree recognizing outstanding women business leaders who not only make a difference in their industries but also in their communities.

As someone who believes in the ripple effect of helping people find jobs, the connection between education and the workforce, and the impact it has on communities, Beth is actively involved in organizations that support business, women, and those who are underserved. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Directors in North Texas, Junior Achievement of Dallas, and the Dallas Regional Chamber, where she is a member of the DEI Diversity Leadership Sub-Council, prior Co-Chair of the Talent Attraction Committee, and prior Chair of the Executive Women’s Roundtable. She is a member of YTexas and founding Board Member of the YTexas Foundation an initiative of Texas CEOs to help advance workforce development initiatives for students and veterans in the State of Texas. In addition, she is a member of the Leadership Committee for the Dallas 50/50 Women on Boards.

Chris Loope, Chief Strategy Officer of BGSF, Inc.

As a visionary senior IT executive, Chris has achieved a track record of success leading IT business transformation and M&A integration initiatives for a rapidly growing multibillion-dollar professional services organization. Throughout his career, Chris has championed innovation/transformation, streamlined/centralized IT infrastructure/operations, and built high-performance IT teams to fuel business scalability and optimize performance while reducing costs.

Advancing through recent roles as CIO, VP of Operations, and Chief Digital Officer for EmployBridge, Inc., Chris brought the IT operations inhouse and led ongoing IT transformation and business integration initiatives sustaining M&A growth to $3B in annual revenue. Chris has successfully lead projects including network transformations, data center migrations, cloud infrastructure migrations, systems integrations, custom ATS development, CRM/ERP implementations and mobile app development. Previously, Chris held the IT Manager and IT Director positions with EmployBridge, Inc. and its precursor, Career Blazers, Inc., leading IT infrastructure/systems integration and centralization initiatives.

Chris graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelors in Business Management. He is certified in Lean Six Sigma and the Agile Development methodologies. He resides in Atlanta with his wife and son.

Melissa Phillips, Chief Digital Officer of BGSF, Inc.

Melissa joined BGSF in November 2022 and is a seasoned executive of Marketing, Sales and Digital Delivery with deep expertise leading digital transformations at both Adecco and EmployBridge. Her hands-on experience in client lead capture and generation, candidate acquisition, engagement and innovative mobile solutions will redefine the client and applicant journeys at BGSF by adding personalization, lead generation, user funnel flow, and improved end-user experiences and efficiencies.

Melissa holds a Lead Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt and is a graduate of Auburn University with a BS in Finance.

Nycole Rosen, Chief Information Officer of BGSF, Inc.

Nycole joined BGSF in 2019 to establish the formal PMO and head up the effort to replace all existing technology with industry-leading tech. She brought with her 20 years of experience in staffing-including operations, management, training, and technology. Nycole has served in various technology leadership roles at BGSF, including Vice President of Technology and Director of Operations at Employbridge and Project Manager at JourneyTEAM. Her experience in organizing work has led to BGSF implementing standard practices for managing projects and continuous improvement on newly implemented technology.

Nycole holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning with Technology, which has proven valuable for software implementations during the Covid-19 pandemic. She also serves on the board of the northern Utah chapter of the Project Management Institute as Outreach. In her free time, Nycole enjoys discovering new restaurants, writing reviews online, and journaling, which she has been doing since the age of ten. Nycole resides in South Jordan, Utah with her wife and son.

Kelly Brown, President of the Real Estate Divisions

After finishing her bachelor’s degree at St. Louis University, Kelly began her career in property management in 2003 managing a combination of new lease ups as well as existing communities in St. Louis, Little Rock, Phoenix, and Nashville. After opening our Nashville office as director of sales for BGSF in 2014, Kelly was promoted to regional sales manager in 2015 and Division President in May 2021. Currently, with her regional sales experience, and as our President, Kelly works across all our markets to help maximize the sales performance of the team, as well as to assist in opening new markets and provide strategic direction.

Kelly most recently has received her Certified Staffing Professional designation from the American Staffing Association, a credential that covers essential labor and employment law from the staffing perspective. She also has her CAM certification through NAA and has served on the Greater Nashville Apartment Association Board of Directors, co-chairing multiple committees during her terms of service. As well, Kelly currently holds a seat on the National Apartment Association Apartment Careers Committee.

Eric Peters, President of the BG Professional Divisions

With over 20 years of experience, Eric has worked in many staffing verticals, including permanent placement, temporary staffing and project consulting. Eric spent 11 years at Robert Half International (RHI) where he held various roles, including Branch Manager, Regional Vice President of Management Resources and Vice President Salaries Professional Services.

Along with launching various staffing verticals for RHI, Eric was instrumental in integrating Protiviti, the former Arthur Anderson Risk Consulting Practice which RHI acquired.

Moving into the healthcare field, Eric joined Weatherby Healthcare (a CHG company) where he held the position of Director and took responsibility for the growth and profitability of Weatherby’s physician placement in the locums tenens space. For the last three years, Eric oversaw North and South America for Faststream Recruitment Inc., the world’s largest Maritime and Marine staffing firm.

John Barnett, Chief Financial Officer of BGSF, Inc.

John Barnett joined BGSF in March of 2023. He serves as a member of the executive leadership team as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. He has 25 years of experience in finance, strategy, M&A, accounting, and FP&A. Prior to joining BGSF, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Protective Insurance (NASDAQ: PTVC) and First Acceptance (NYSE: FAC). He also served in senior leadership roles for Broadcast Music, Inc. and Anheuser-Busch. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Early in his career, he served in the U.S. Army advancing to the rank of captain.
